Richard Peter
Richard Peter completed his training at the Musical Academy Graz in 2010, where he already appeared as Quasimodo in “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.” After touring with “Grease” as Doody, he went on to perform in “High Society” at the Hans Otto Theatre Potsdam and “Jesus Christ Superstar” at the Stadttheater Baden. In 2015/16, he studied operetta at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (MUK) while simultaneously appearing as a soloist in HK Gruber’s “Frankenstein” at the Vienna Musikverein. From 2017 to 2019, he played the title role in “Krabat” at the a.gon Theatre Munich, followed in 2020 by the role of Valentine in the Bowie musical “Lazarus.” In parallel, he released his own songs “I Ain’t the Money” and “Silence.” Further engagements included “Frankenstein” at the TNT Theatre in 2022, as well as roles in “Der Brandner Kaspar” at the Festspielhaus Neuschwanstein and the Deutsches Theater Munich in 2023. In 2024, Richard appeared as the Prince in “Snow White – Totally Dwarfed” (Schneewittchen – total verzwergt) at Märchensommer Graz. In 2024 and 2025, he performed as Aladdin with Theater mit Horizont, is a soloist in the Magic Musical Nights in Lutzmannsburg, and has been touring regularly since 2023 with the Musical Highlight Shows of The Musical Sound GmbH across Germany and Austria.
